Established in the 90s, Eneco developed its business in energy production, transport and national and international trading, placing major focus on environmental issues. Production activities mainly involved power plants supplied by the force of water, wind and the Sun.

The Group is also proud to be the first private company to design, build and manage the first AC high voltage line authorised by European authorities, which is the ideal way of bridging the company's trading activities.
