The plant is comprised of cogeneration units with endothermic engines powered by natural gas extracted from the “Masseria Vincelli” field, run by “Torrente Cigno”.
The gas extraction well is located in the quarry next to the cogeneration plant. All of the produced energy is delivered to the Enel Distribuzione MV electrical power line.
